What age groups do you coach?
We offer programs for children aged 4 – 18+, with sessions tailored to each group’s developmental stage.
How long are training sessions?
Training sessions are typically 50 minutes long. Longer or shorter sessions can also be arranged if necessary.
Where are training sessions held?
Training sessions are held at Centrepoint Park (260 Centrepointe Dr, Nepean, ON K2G 6E8). Looking for training at a different location? Contact us!
Program & Coaching Details
What skill levels do you accept?
We welcome all skill levels. From beginners to more advanced players. Our coaches adapt the training to suit each child’s ability.
What is the coach-to-player ratio?
We maintain a low coach-to-player ratio of 1:8 to ensure personalized attention and a safe learning environment.
What does a typical session look like?
Each session includes a warm-up, body movement techniques, skill development activities, fun games to encourage learning through play and injury prevention.
Registration & Payment
How do I register my child?
You can register through our website or contacting us directly. In our website you can find a calendar with available training session times you can select to book.
What is the cost of the sessions?

Do you offer a free trial session for the first time clients?
Yes! The first training session is free of charge for new clients. It is a good opportunity to get a taste of the training styles and if we can work well together. Contact us to schedule your free trial session.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, e-transfers or cash. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Cancellations are required to be completed 24 hours prior to the scheduled training session. See our full cancellation policy here.
Parents & Safety
Do parents need to stay during sessions?
For younger children, we recommend a parent or guardian remain nearby. For older children, it’s not required but welcome. We prefer to follow the Coaching Association of Canada ‘Rule of Two’ to ensure all interactions and communications are in open, observable, and justifiable settings.
Are your coaches certified?
Yes, all coaches are trained, background-checked, and certified in youth coaching and first aid/CPR.
What if it rains or there’s bad weather?
Training sessions are typically rain or shine. The only time a training session will be cancelled will be due to lighting and thunderstorms. We offer make-up sessions whenever training sessions are affected due to bad weather involving lighting and thunderstorms.
What should my child bring to training?
Your child should bring water, appropriate sportswear, cleats or trainers, and shin guards.

Do you offer birthday parties or events?
Yes, we host soccer-themed birthday parties and special events. Contact us for custom packages.
Do you offer holiday or summer camps?
Yes! Our camps are fun, high-energy programs during school breaks. Stay tuned for more information regarding Summer camps.
